Senior Offensive Security Consultant (Red Team / Penetration Tester)

Lead end-to-end penetration testing and red team engagements for real customer production environments, uncovering vulnerabilities and validating attack paths across internal networks, web apps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Run primarily remote engagements (1–2 weeks) including compliance-focused testing (PCI DSS, SOC 2). Reproduce issues manually, deliver client-ready reports with clear risk ratings, and mentor others while collaborating with sales, customer success, and engineering to drive improvements.
