Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is stocked adequately.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Assemble racking and solar components per the project plan and apply weather sealing to roofing structures and support mechanisms.
  • •Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety at all times and lead crew through safe, effective, efficient installations.
  • •Perform job site clean up, participate in mandatory training, and assist with solar battery installations; act as 'acting Foreperson' when needed.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 27.6 - 36.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a driving background check, and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging others to work safely.
  • •Ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, problem-solve, and follow up/escalate issues appropriately.
