Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operational continuity and structural availability across 76 dark stores by guiding execution of site infrastructure and standardizing control dashboards and inspection protocols.
  • •Develop, audit, and improve the national provider network; negotiate SLAs, coordinate response times, and audit strict compliance.
  • •Design and control annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets for maintenance and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control and resource maximization.
  • •Evaluate technical diagnostics, estimates, and infrastructure proposals, challenging providers with sound technical foundations without directly executing repairs.
  • •Implement preventive and emergency maintenance plans and perform root-cause analysis for recurring installation failures, prioritizing interventions by criticality and business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • •Proven experience in formal people leadership managing teams in Facilities, Maintenance, or Infrastructure across multi-site Retail/Consumer Goods environments.
  • •Strong mastery of OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, control, and management KPIs/dashboarding.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance contract management, provider negotiation and inspection, and designing preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
  • •Advanced skills with Excel/Google Sheets plus maintenance ticketing/GMAO, and experience with Looker and integrations with WMS/ERP systems.
