•Direct visual merchandising and on-stage visuals; supervise cleaning crews and maintain standards.
•Manage supply process including budget, testers, and samples to align with store needs.
•Participate in performance management and development for the operations team and act as Manager on Duty to engage with clients and Beauty Advisors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.2 - 26.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
•Strong store operations skills including staffing, inventory, and customer engagement.
•Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.
•Experience leading an operations team and managing budget considerations (payroll and controllable expenses).
