Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day onsite operational support for assigned locations, coordinating and executing onsite, virtual, and hybrid event production.
  • •Manage and mentor onsite production/operational support personnel; conduct coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action as needed.
  • •Act as the primary onsite escalation point for operational issues, event support needs, and technical service concerns within the assigned location.
  • •Collaborate with client Live Event teams to plan production approach, coordinate technical workflows and staffing assignments, and maintain production schedules.
  • •Fill production crew roles and provide direct operational support during events as necessary, including contingency and backfill planning using freelance/supplemental resources.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast operations, audio/visual production, streaming support, or similar environments.
  • •3+ years of experience leading and developing production/operational support teams, including scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow management for onsite/virtual/hybrid production.
  • •Strong technical understanding of live event production systems, broadcast workflows, audio/visual technologies, streaming platforms, and hybrid event environments.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise event/collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, plus related production support workflows.
  • •Ability to communicate operational and technical challenges professionally under pressure and stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with stakeholder coordination.
