Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and develop robust customer relationships by providing expert technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment in line with regulations and policies.
  • •Deliver corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation, and software/hardware upgrades for patient monitoring equipment.
  • •Provide technical support through the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation and post-sales support, including during sales processes.
  • •Lead and manage technical escalations to resolution, ensuring stakeholders are updated according to company processes.
  • •Determine cost-effective repair/solution options to minimize customer downtime and keep knowledge current through continual training and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous customer-facing service engineering experience in the medical equipment or Biomedical industry, with hospital patient monitoring experience ideal.
  • •Strong IT skills, with networking experience highly regarded, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Degree-level education (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • •Hold a full AU drivers license and already have Australian working rights.
  • •Police checks will be required during the onboarding process.
