Job Summary

Maintain warehouse operations supporting shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery set-up. Pick and stage accurate orders for customer pickup or delivery, load/unload trucks as needed, and keep inventory controls strong by minimizing damage and managing bin locations. Ensure health and safety compliance, promote customer service standards, and keep warehouse equipment maintained to operating standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking most of the shift, and problem-solving independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain health and safety compliance and prepare orders by pulling accurate materials for customer pickup/delivery.
•Load and unload trucks as necessary while organizing and managing warehouse bin locations.
•Maintain inventory controls by minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy.
•Establish, maintain, and promote high customer service standards.
•Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards and support warehouse maintenance/delivery set-up.
