Customer Care Senior Representative

Handle inbound and outbound calls to insurance companies, medical facilities, and customers, while responding to requests by phone and/or in writing to meet service standards. Review electronic records for completeness and accuracy, identify document inaccuracies, and analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance. Use a CRM system and internal resources to research customer inquiries, resolve moderately routine questions, and maintain accurate records while following established processes.
