Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Sell cashier’s checks and redeem savings bonds, and process additional transactions as needed including currency transaction reports.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone while maintaining confidentiality and protecting bank operations.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities, recognizing referral needs and directing clients to a banker; record activities in 360View.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency/coin, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and following dual-control and security procedures.
