Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, extend, and evolve the production pipeline end to end, including Nuke, ShotGrid (Flow PT), color, asset and shot management.
•Design and implement an integration layer between production tools and ML inference workflows, partnering with Machine Learning Engineers.
•Own and support the color-managed workflow, including ACES configuration and consistent color across DCCs, review tools, and ML pipelines.
•Build and maintain Python tooling across Nuke and ShotGrid with a Linux backbone supporting users across Linux, Windows, and Adobe applications.
•Prototype and iterate quickly, manage tool launchers and environment management (e.g., Rez), and refine ShotGrid submission paths for ad hoc and research workflows.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of pipeline development experience in VFX, animation, or adjacent industries, with hands-on work on shipped productions.
•Expert Python skills with a track record of building production pipeline tooling used day to day.
•Deep experience integrating with Nuke pipelines, including gizmos, callbacks, custom nodes, and Python tooling.
•Hands-on experience integrating with ShotGrid (Flow), including the API, event daemon, webhooks, and custom workflow development.
•Strong working knowledge of color-managed workflows, ACES, and EXR sequence handling across DCCs and review tools.
