Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy delivery practices and tools tailored for SEM and WPM to reach required maturity.
  • •Work with the discipline delivery team to improve efficiency, identify gaps, and drive delivery continuous improvement.
  • •Manage and develop people/skills and allocation to products/projects.
  • •Take charge of delivery lead staffing (SEM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) based on PPM/PM requests.
  • •Review engineering deliverability for bids and contribute to bids/products/projects peer reviews to reduce engineering risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent university degree).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Engineering Manager, IT/Technical Project Manager, or Software Engineering Manager.
  • •High-level English, French, and Spanish.
  • •Ability to lead a technical team and engage in collaborative approaches to develop team members.
  • •Ability to verify engineering technical deliverables and lead engineering projects with clear risk and opportunity management.
