Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to understand new features and define verification requirements.
  • •Create comprehensive verification plans covering interactions across hardware, firmware, software, and system-level use cases.
  • •Develop directed and constrained-random tests, verification environments, and automation infrastructure.
  • •Estimate verification effort and identify enhancements to verification methodologies and environments.
  • •Debug test failures, drive functional and code coverage closure, and improve verification processes using automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 52,780 - 75,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in IP-level ASIC verification and strong experience with UVM testbenches and SystemVerilog.
  • •Experience debugging RTL and firmware using industry-standard simulation tools and resolving design defects with RTL/firmware engineers.
  • •Experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog, and familiarity with C and C++.
  • •Experience developing UVM-based verification frameworks, reusable components, and verification methodologies.
  • •Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Perl, Shell, Makefiles) and data analytics/AI-assisted engineering practices is preferred.
