Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate parts pickups and deliveries with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter, or shipping/receiving clerk.
  • •Check body shop daily to determine immediate parts needs and deliver parts to appropriate body technicians.
  • •Verify invoice matches purchase order for each pickup and check payments received with each delivery.
  • •Keep an accurate daily log of deliveries and pick-ups, requesting recipient signatures and turning in paperwork/un-delivered parts.
  • •Unloads the truck each night and performs basic truck maintenance (gas, oil, cleanliness, required inspections), advising parts manager if major repairs are needed.
