Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, maintain, and run standard payroll reports and dashboards using Workday, UKG, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • •Review payroll data to identify discrepancies and data quality issues; escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • •Manage payroll-related cases in the service case management system and respond within established SLAs.
  • •Monitor and resolve payroll/timekeeping system integrations issues, including execution of test scripts and documentation of results and defects.
  • •Support audits and reconciliations, create payroll documentation/SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to improve payroll processes through lean, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience in high-volume payroll in a fast-paced environment, or an equivalent combination (e.g., master’s with up to 2 years, or 6 years in a related field).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with data mining and reporting systems.
  • •Ability to conduct pre- and post-processing audits and ensure payroll data accuracy.
  • •Strong communication and relationship management skills, with self-service orientation.
  • •Hands-on experience with data analysis and HR systems, with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
