Serve as a trusted advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers by engaging them at the counter, phone, and email to understand needs and recommend solutions. Build sales by upselling and cross-selling products and programs while using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to locate parts and provide accurate information.
