Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Visa Conecta’s business strategy, operating model, and long-term growth agenda, including full P&L accountability and resource allocation.
  • •Serve as executive product owner for the Visa Conecta portfolio—define product strategy, roadmap, investments, and lead development from concept to commercialization.
  • •Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy, partnering with sales and client teams to drive pipeline conversion and onboarding.
  • •Fulfill statutory director responsibilities and maintain regulatory stewardship before the Central Bank of Brazil, ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team across product, strategy, commercialization, and program management while building organizational capabilities to scale.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 10 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years with a PhD.
  • •15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial services, digital platforms, technology, Open Finance, or adjacent industries.
  • •Proven ability leading complex products from ideation through commercialization.
  • •Strong knowledge of Open Finance, Pix, and digital payments ecosystems.
  • •Demonstrated success leading people and complex, highly regulated initiatives, including experience working with regulated financial products.
