Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end legal operations projects, including requirements gathering, workflow design/improvement, stakeholder coordination, and implementation/iteration for intake, matter management, advice requests, and policy changes.
  • •Create project plans, timelines, and execution steps that connect Legal strategy to day-to-day delivery.
  • •Support AI enablement across Legal by identifying use cases, evaluating/piloting AI tools (including Harvey), and supporting training and adoption.
  • •Build and maintain legal metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting across workload, turnaround times, risk patterns, and operational performance.
  • •Evaluate, implement, administer, and continuously improve the legal technology stack and vendor relationships across knowledge management, matter tracking, e-billing/spend management, document management, and contract-related tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,200 - 148,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of experience in operations or project management, including improving cross-functional systems, processes, or programs.
  • •Meaningful experience working in or closely with an in-house legal team and understanding how Legal supports the business.
  • •Experience designing and implementing processes, systems, and programs for Legal or other G&A functions, from requirements gathering through rollout and iteration.
  • •Comfortable working with Legal and technical teams to define practical process and system requirements, with experience or strong interest in applying AI tools in a legal/professional services setting.
  • •Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including familiarity with legal technology and building/interpreting metrics.
