Change Manager Dublin/Wexford (Wexford, IE)

Lead the planning, execution, and embedding of multiple business changes across incremental enhancements and large-scale transformations. You’ll coordinate end-to-end change delivery, manage User Acceptance Testing across projects, and forecast capacity demand. Acting as a visible partner across business and IT, you’ll challenge teams, drive governance and compliance, define business readiness through the Target Operating Model, and ensure training, communication, and benefits realization.
