•Translate internal briefs into structured analytical projects, refining questions, hypotheses, and outputs.

•Identify opportunities for growth across supply and the wider business and drive new analytical initiatives.
•Identify, support, and lead projects that scale how the Supply organization leverages data, insights, and intelligence.
•Automate manual operational processes and report time savings from modernization efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 2–5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI.
•Advanced, hands-on SQL experience with large-scale datasets.
•Strong data visualization experience, ideally with Tableau.
•Expertise with analytics tools such as Excel and Python (or R).
•Experience with statistical modeling concepts, A/B testing experimentation, and stakeholder management including presenting to senior leadership.
