Provide teller, customer service, and customer advocate support across Prosperity Bank locations by processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transactions with accuracy. Open and maintain deposit accounts, resolve customer inquiries and disputes, and operate online teller systems for account information. Cross-sell bank services, meet scorecard goals, maintain privacy of customer data, and ensure efficient cash balancing and compliance with teller procedures. Includes call-center support (Lubbock division).
