Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored fashion recommendations, while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transactions.
