Job Summary

Assist the store manager in driving revenue and profitability while following company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the overall operation of a retail store, including opening/closing when the store manager is absent.
•Merchandise products and organize the showroom and rear warehouse for safe material handling.
•Report inventory discrepancies or customer issues to the store manager and assist with store coverage in the region as needed.
•Generate revenue growth by marketing Ames automatic taping tools, parts, and equipment, including add-on sales.
•Support customer service activities such as processing rental and sales transactions, handling cash deposits, and performing inventory/tool audits.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Two to four years of related experience.
•Fluency in English and Spanish.
•Valid driver’s license required.
