Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management support for the rollout of the 2026 L&D roadmap and monitor ad-hoc projects.
  • •Assist in the continuous improvement of the digital learning platform (LMS), including user management, usage analysis, reporting and performance tracking.
  • •Create and deploy learning content (videos, e-learning modules, guidelines) across development topics.
  • •Support end-to-end execution of talent and development programs, including pre-selection, application campaigns, participant communication, logistics, and workshop preparation.
  • •Organize and coordinate HR community meetings at global level and promote a learning culture through internal communications and engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources, Business School, or a master’s in digital Learning (Bac+5)
  • •Internship agreement is required
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • •Fluent in English and French (another European language is a plus)
  • •Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
