Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, install, support, and maintain VisionPLUS functional solutions with emphasis on CMS and FAS modules.
  • •Translate functional requirements into technical designs, program specifications, and production-ready solutions.
  • •Partner with engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement architectural direction and system enhancements.
  • •Analyze batch flows and system processes to improve performance, reduce complexity, and eliminate redundancy.
  • •Manage major incidents, perform testing/installation/production implementation of application changes, and provide technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in VisionPLUS functional and technical design, development, testing, and application support.
  • •4+ years in VisionPLUS modules, preferably CMS and FAS.
  • •4+ years in mainframe technologies including TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.
  • •4+ years with source control and reporting utilities such as Endevor and Easytrieve.
  • •Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, specifications, testing, deployment, and production support.
