Job Summary

Own end-to-end payroll processing for high-volume calculations, ensuring full legal compliance and accuracy. Execute monthly payroll and advance payments in the LG Lugar de Gente system, calculate INSS/FGTS/IRRF charges, and transmit eSocial events and DCTFWeb routines. Handle complex termination and vacation settlement calculations, maintain payroll calculation rules and legal tables in LG, and support employees with pay slip and labor legislation questions.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and review monthly payroll and advance payments within the LG system.
•Calculate and issue payment forms for INSS, FGTS (including FGTS Digital), and IRRF.
•Transmit and audit eSocial events, DCTFWeb, and other monthly/annual routines.
•Perform complex calculations for employment terminations, settlements, and vacation vesting tracking.
•Parameterize earnings/deductions, create calculation rules, and update legal tables in the LG system.

Key Requirements

•Proven, advanced practical experience with the LG Lugar de Gente platform.
•Solid experience handling medium-to-large volume personnel administration routines.
•Deep knowledge of Brazilian Labor Legislation (CLT) and eSocial regulations.
•Extreme attention to the accuracy of financial and legal data.
•Ability to interpret formulas and resolve system inconsistencies, while meeting multiple critical deadlines with discretion and ethics.
