Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all store-related operations from inventory management to IT systems to customer flows and product training, as well as all internal team responsibilities
  • •Lead meetings to deepen team understanding, improve performance, and participate in cross-functional planning to gain support
  • •Recruitment and team planning to build a high-performing store team, including scheduling and on-the-job coaching/training
  • •Drive delivery of key store KPIs (in-store traffic, UPT, conversion, top sales assortment, inventory plan) by analyzing business results and implementing new operational projects
  • •Commit to personal development and self-growth, proactively form development plans with Store Lead and challenge existing processes

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities
  • •Native Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluently
  • •Able to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
  • •Retail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is a strong plus
  • •Proactive, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
