Key Responsibilities

•Perform light bodywork by prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles
•Remove and install bumpers
•Complete minor plastic welding and small area bodywork including Bondo repair
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers to ready low-mileage, late-model cars
•Work mandatory overtime based on business needs

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
•Ability to perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing/installing bumpers, minor plastic welding, and small area bodywork (including Bondo repair)
•Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check)
•Use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment
