Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on wastewater equipment and general site maintenance, including treatment evaluation, pumps, valves, piping, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • •Comply with site Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental requirements; ensure work is completed safely, timely, and efficiently with no safety or environmental incidents.
  • •Verify onsite inventory levels of supplies, spare parts, and tools, and maintain sufficient reserves to prevent maintenance production targets from being adversely affected.
  • •Perform fixed plant process maintenance and small mobile maintenance activities per site schedule, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance.
  • •Complete formal and daily reporting, document maintenance activities and inspections through work orders, and provide technical advice/support to other departments when requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum four (4) years of technical fieldwork experience in an industrial setting.
  • •Ability to work a rotating shift with no restrictions.
  • •Must be able to pass background and drug screen, and drive a company vehicle (covered under company insurance).
  • •Understanding of water/wastewater treatment, process engineering, water quality assurance, maintenance strategy, and laboratory procedures.
  • •Experience maintaining fixed plant equipment, including pump rebuilds and preventive maintenance for valves, piping, and small motors.
