Validation Engineer

Design and validate high-speed mixed-signal communication chips and RF connectivity products. Develop RF validation boards, schematics, and PCB layouts, define validation strategies across hardware, software, and instrumentation, and execute bench-based system and parametric testing. Perform RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, timing closure, and debugging, collaborating closely with analog and digital design teams while mentoring junior engineers.
