Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, QC, and ensure completeness of materials for MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submissions.
  • •Manage Veeva submissions, including tagging, linking, versioning, and routing.
  • •Monitor Veeva for reviewer comments, track status, and coordinate timely updates.
  • •Coordinate faculty communications and logistics, including scheduling, document transfers, and asset collection (e.g., slides, CVs, disclosures).
  • •Support permissions management and project administration, including tracking rights requests, maintaining documentation, and organizing project files/assets.
