•Develop and implement a comprehensive R&D communication strategy aligned to transformation agenda, enterprise priorities, and corporate brand standards.
•Serve as the primary communications advisor to R&D leadership, providing counsel on messaging, positioning, and engagement approaches.
•Lead all forms of communications routines, including written, visual, presentations, digital channels, and collaboration tools for enterprise-wide needs.
•Translate complex technical and scientific topics into clear, audience-appropriate narratives for employees, senior leaders, and enterprise partners.
•Create and steward a strong R&D brand identity consistent with corporate branding that strengthens R&D’s reputation and innovation agenda.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 151,000 annually

•Ability to influence stakeholders across R&D and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
•Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with credibility with senior and functional stakeholders.
