Job Summary

Join the Project Controls team to support delivery of complex projects across Canada. Provide cost, forecasting, change management, and reporting support to multiple project delivery teams. Use Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress measurement to analyze performance, develop budgets and forecasts, and maintain cost reporting. Coordinate with Finance, manage subconsultant activities, and review contract documents to support scope alignment, risk identification, and informed project decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide project controls support across multiple project delivery teams and projects to drive project success.
•Analyze project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress measurement to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
•Lead change management activities, including preparing change orders, maintaining change logs, and tracking project impacts.
•Coordinate with Finance and project teams to ensure budget accuracy, timely invoicing, and effective financial performance.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, or Cost Analysis in a project-based environment.
•Strong understanding of project forecasting, cost reporting, budgeting, project performance measurement, and earned value principles.
•Experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex project data.
•Post-secondary diploma or degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
