Detect and resolve contract or invoice anomalies through coordinated internal resolution, and create ad hoc tooling to bridge CRM and ERP systems while supporting Sales Ops transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Clean up and structure deals in HubSpot CRM to support data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
•Set up and run post-signature contract tracking for government/defense accounts, maintaining per-account tracking for milestones, deliverables, and invoicing status.
•Establish regular review cadence with Finance and Operations, including an alert mechanism for at-risk items.
•Detect and manage contractual anomalies and disputes (contract/invoice discrepancies, non-conforming deliverables, delays) through coordinated resolution.
•Build ad hoc tools to bridge CRM and ERP gaps and support Sales Ops transformation across process, tooling, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements

•0-2 years of experience in RevOps/SalesOps, project management, or sales administration/contract management.
•Comfortable reading contractual documents, including milestones, deliverables, and invoicing clauses.
•Resourceful with technical tooling: build ad hoc tools using advanced Excel/Sheets, Airtable, and no-code, and work with Corporate Tooling for CRM/ERP integration.
•Background in junior consulting roles, Sales Ops/RevOps teams at tech scale-ups, or sales administration/contract management in defense, aerospace, or other regulated sectors (preferred).
