Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, technologists, and subconsultants to ensure high-quality, compliant project delivery.
  • •Lead the delivery of land development and municipal projects across southern Alberta, strengthening communities and infrastructure resilience.
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to final acceptance for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments as well as roadway works.
  • •Lead and develop the team by setting clear expectations and supporting technical and professional growth.
  • •Plan, prioritize, and balance team workload and resources to align with project demands and optimize utilization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,900 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering with Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Alberta or eligibility
  • •10+ years of progressive land development and municipal infrastructure design and project management experience
  • •Strong project management skills including budgeting, timelines, and client expectations; PMP certification is an asset
  • •Proven experience leading teams and coordinating multidisciplinary staff and subconsultants
  • •Ability to navigate local planning and regulatory processes and build trusted client relationships
