Through paid training and mentorship, you’ll learn to assist customers with inventory discovery, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. You’ll deliver a transparent, customer-first experience by listening actively, completing accurate transaction documentation, collaborating with your team to meet store goals, and following EH&S requirements.
