Universal Banker – Float - Carroll & North Baltimore

Provide an excellent client experience while completing teller and cash-handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Float between assigned branches to support client servicing, account maintenance, and problem resolution, while uncovering client financial needs and referral opportunities. Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and complete required training.
