Own end-to-end operations for a 24-hour operational dark store on-site, coordinating daily warehouse execution and virtual follow-ups. Manage inbound flow through stock handling, storage, and precise order dispatch while driving SLA/KPI performance. Lead workplace safety and health compliance, optimize scheduling and resource allocation, and manage inventory accuracy including stock takes and expiry prevention. Partner with commercial teams and stakeholders to improve processes, reduce shrinkage/spoilage, and support returns and refunds.
