•Document customer interactions and transactions in internal systems and collaborate with the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 29 hourly

•Proven customer service experience, ideally in a remote or live chat environment.
•Exceptional written communication skills with strong UK-English command.
•A genuine passion for travel with solid understanding of flight bookings and travel logistics.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
