Improve adoption and profitability of a global benefits portfolio with a primary focus on the Americas. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales on RFP responses, pitches, and client-facing solution design, including training Sales/CSM as an SME.

•Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers across Americas.
