Senior Tool & Die Maker; Rotating shift; $28/hour

Lead mold setup activities and oversee mold preparation, identification, and preventive maintenance for plastic injection molding operations. Maintain accurate maintenance records, verify part and mold drawings, and perform inspections of new molds. Troubleshoot defective parts or molds with production and quality teams, optimize mold cycles, and build/modify fixtures and assist tools. Train and develop apprentices and technicians while ensuring 5S standards and safety compliance in the tool room.
