Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues involving accounts, applications, hardware, and other IT systems.
  • •Create and configure accounts for new employees.
  • •Deploy and configure new laptops and workstations, and set up desks and IT equipment for new and existing employees.
  • •Diagnose malfunctioning or aging systems and coordinate hardware swaps and replacements.
  • •Assist with cybersecurity and compliance-related tasks and provide white-glove IT support to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in at least a bachelor’s degree program and going into your junior or senior year of studies.
  • •Must have prior internship experience or significant (>1yr) project team, laboratory, or relevant hands-on technical experience.
  • •Experience troubleshooting computers, applications, accounts, or other end-user technology.
  • •Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate equipment and system records.
