Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a project manager/on-site lead or remote systems owner delivering radar and integrated sensor capabilities with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers across multiple locations.
  • •Monitor radar performance, connectivity, integration with mesh networks, and fusion with other sensors (EO/IR, RF) and C2 systems at distributed sites.
  • •Gather, triage, and prioritize operator and field feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, classification capabilities, and issues/errors.
  • •Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features, detection algorithms, and UI/UX improvements for operator workflows.
  • •Support deployments through either software & analysis (tooling, integrations, trend/root-cause analysis, self-service diagnostics) or integration & field work (site standups, hardware installation/configuration, field troubleshooting, logistics, and operator training).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, computer engineering, or related field.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •For the Software & Analysis focus: demonstrated software engineering experience (scripting/automation, data pipelines, or systems integration) and comfort with statistical analysis of sensor performance data.
  • •For the Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity (comfortable running commands and following technical procedures).
  • •Willingness to travel 50-75%.
