Handle customer requests via phone, chat, SMS, and email, build rapport, troubleshoot and de-escalate inquiries, and proactively follow up. Maintain high-performance metrics across revenue attainment, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and NPS while identifying cross-sell opportunities and driving continuous improvements with your team.
