Join a highly visible Mission Planning team focused on developing mission concepts of operation and enabling key programs through integrated analysis and tools. You’ll act as the go-to expert for mission planning, develop common mission planning solutions, and lead agile execution for capability delivery. The role includes direct mission planning application software development and test, coordination across IPTs, and mentoring younger engineers while supporting flight-test activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Realize Mission Planning team objectives by becoming the go-to source for mission planning expertise.
•Develop common mission planning solutions across programs, Captures, and IRADs.
•Engage directly in mission planning application software development and test.
•Coordinate with other IPTs, Program Chief Engineer, and Program Management to deliver capability plans and lead team execution in an agile framework.
•Provide guidance, direction, mentoring, and influence to foster teamwork, interdependent execution, and growth for younger engineers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of five years of prior relevant experience.
•Software architecture, design, development, integration, and verification (including C#, C++, and Java; virtual machines).
•Experience developing cross-platform .NET backend web applications for cloud deployment.
•Experience with DevOps pipeline workflows.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
