Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate partner and client requests into specifiable analytic questions, including what can and cannot be answered with available data.
  • •Develop FWA analytics end to end by building analytic logic in SQL and Python against billions of claim records, then testing and refining with FWA SMEs.
  • •Separate genuine aberrancy from legitimate clinical practice, coverage policy, or claim edits based on data-driven evidence.
  • •Document methodology, assumptions, and data lineage so analytics are reproducible and reusable in the TTP analytic suite.
  • •Present findings and results to internal stakeholders and participate in partner discussions to clarify analytic requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years writing SQL against large relational data at scale, including CTEs, window functions, and multi-table joins with performance awareness.
  • •Working proficiency in Python for data analysis, producing clean and reproducible analysis code (pandas or equivalent).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or health-related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Ability to turn ambiguous requests into defined analytic questions, including recognizing when data cannot answer the question.
  • •Ability to document analytic work so others can reproduce it, and to clearly explain results to non-analyst audiences.
