Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to account sales, service, and support activities for all Oncology products.
  • •Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing customers by building relationships with key account personnel.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to the Oncologist’s prescribed protocol and test cadence.
  • •Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with a focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • •Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and resources for test order management and maintain internal KPI reports for patient retention and fulfilled order volume.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background, or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, plus Gmail.
  • •Fluency in understanding data spreadsheets and quickly learning software and reporting systems.
