Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with Boeing Commercial Airplanes Engineering Groups on forecast and scope, required resources, and potential risks.
  • •Define project goals and track goal achievement aligned to organizational and business unit objectives and internal documentation requirements.
  • •Develop staffing plans and resource requirements with technical leads (organizational chart, tools, processes), coordinating with systems and other discipline leaders as needed.
  • •Monitor project execution progress against requirements, analyze work results, and report progress and outcomes to leadership.
  • •Maintain project documentation (plan, performance metrics), identify risks, implement corrective actions based on customer satisfaction feedback, and report results to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or non-US equivalent directly related).
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Experience as part of an international team.
  • •Proficient verbal and written communications in Ukrainian and English.
  • •Existing authorization to work in Ukraine.
