Job Summary

Help build and scale Mastercard's Agent Suite by shaping governance, program management, and operational workflows for an enterprise AI consulting capability. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to design scalable structures, track KPIs, and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery across global teams while turning data into actionable insights and driving responsible innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape and steward governance frameworks that support scalability, compliance, and responsible innovation, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
•Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operational processes through automation and thoughtful system design.
•Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to align priorities and enable timely delivery.
•Design and evolve technical workflows and governance frameworks that help teams deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently and consistently across global teams.
•Shape and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide leadership with actionable insights.

Key Requirements

•Experience in technical/product operations or program management; experience with AI technologies strongly preferred.
