Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain global compliance frameworks for anti-bribery & corruption, gifts, entertainment & hospitality, and conflicts of interest, ensuring alignment across operating jurisdictions and robust control design.
  • •Manage global conflicts registers and related operational enforcement, ensuring policies and standards are embedded across the business.
  • •Lead Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment when required and produce governance reporting and MI for the Board and senior management on trends and control effectiveness.
  • •Own vendor and partner compliance due diligence frameworks, including reviewing third-party red flags and ensuring mitigation steps run alongside Third Party Risk Management.
  • •Oversee compliance investigation pathways for internal policy breaches and drive future-proofing via automation and process streamlining to replace manual tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 68,000 - 92,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, or Governance in a financial institution, bank, mature fintech, or similarly regulated organization.
  • •Deep knowledge of the UK Bribery Act and US FCPA, plus global compliance standards for conflicts of interest and related consumer protection legislation.
  • •A practical operational mindset: ability to build processes, automated workflows, and approval hierarchies, and leverage software/platforms to manage compliance workflows.
  • •Exceptional drafting and communication skills, including explaining complex regulatory concepts to non-compliance audiences with the ability to give constructive feedback to senior leaders.
  • •Strong rigor and analytics: use compliance metrics or policy breach data to diagnose root causes and implement lasting procedural fixes.
