Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, monitor, and control work permits to ensure daily work initiatives follow local policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure project work aligns with CBRE/Turner & Townsend Zero Incident safety culture and monitor work activities throughout the workday.
  • •Coordinate with the project team and client representatives (including fire marshal) to ensure materials are properly stowed in approved laydown areas.
  • •Support Facility Protection Plan activities to minimize construction impacts in occupied building areas and work with the Project Manager.
  • •Maintain vendor and consultant performance, provide informal updates and formal reports on hours worked, permits issued, and safety events; assist with overtime and weekend needs as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,500 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in construction or construction management.
  • •Experience in Building Management Systems (Metasys) and/or electrical building systems (120v-480v).
  • •Experience with mechanical, plumbing, and/or steam building systems (e.g., AHUs, exhaust fans, HHW/DI water, clean steam generators).
  • •Experience in research lab protocol or customer service.
  • •OSHA 10 or 30 certification and experience with Gensuite or similar software.
